It’s here! It’s finally here!
I’ve been slaving over a hot canning pot for the past 6 months trying to get this baby finished while summer canning season is still in full swing. And I’m pleased to say it is officially done and available for sale! Whether you are an experienced canner or a novice just wanting to get started, this ebook is for you. There’s no better feeling than a pantry overflowing with delicious homemade jams, jellies, and preserves, except maybe gifting those preserves to friends and loved ones (in which case the printable labels included with each and every recipe should make you very happy). Just be sure you save a jar or two for yourself, too. :)
This ebook is a true product of love… combining my love of canning with my love of design, plus a love for sharing recipes with all you lovely people to boot. When you combine so much love with fresh, ripe, seasonal fruit, good things are bound to happen.
SUMMER is all about blueberries, raspberries, and succulent stone fruit; cherries and tomatoes and bright, tropical flavors; fruit and flowers and maybe a little bit of tequila in there too. This is your chance to preserve the best of what summer has to offer for year-round enjoyment.

I love your recipes! I do have a question tho. If I sell my jams and jellies at farmers markets, can I still use your labels? I HATE designing labels, and would get the ebooks just to avoid having to do that!
Technically the labels are for personal use only. If you want to email me we could discuss some sort of commercial license though if you wanted to use them on your jams for sale, although it’s not something I’ve ever done before.
Gooseberry. LOVE it. Hard to get the berries here, but occasionally I can find them. I’m on my last jar of the batch I made last year. :(
these look swesome! My fav is raspberry and chia
Passion fruit hot pepper jam!!!!!
You just blew my mind. I’ve made pepper jelly, and it’s amazing… I imagine even moreso with passionfruit. this one is going on my to-make list for sure!
The most unique and best jam I ever made was Marisa Mclellan’s vanilla rhubarb jam with earl grey. Yum! Thank you for the wonderful book with great new recipes. And congrats!
Congrats on the book. FYI–I found you via our friends at Pomona’s pectin. My favorite jam I make every summer is Strawberry Jalapeno! I get the strawberries from a local organic farm, and I grow my jalapenos myself! I spread it on basically everything, but I love it in lieu of salsa on a taco.
Sweet & spicy jams are the best! Welcome and thank you!! :)
Habanero jam/jelly is my favorite unusual flavor. I like the heat that comes through.
I make a peach habenerro and ginger chutney/jam.
I love the recipes on your site! We love plum jam in our home, one summer I made 50 jars of it!!! I also love Strawberry-Lemon, it is amazing!

Shared! Love making jams and jelly for my family!
My favorite jam is good old peach made with fresh, South Carolina peaches that we bring home from my mom’s every summer. Sure helps chase the winter gray away all year in Ohio!
The most unusual jams I have made, are the Margarita Marmalade and the Amish Jam, using cranberries, strawberries and a oranges. I left a post on my Facebook page about this book.
