The book looks beautiful! I love breakfast so a cookbook full of ideas for having it as TWO meals in one day is right up my alley. I already eat plain old scrambled eggs for dinner several nights a week so it’d be great to branch out and try something new.

Yum! I can hardly wait! Breakfast for dinner!!!! Breakfast is the best meal of the day, hands down, but who has time to make breakfast for, well, breakfast? I don’t! So often I find myself drawn to making ‘breakfast’ at dinner time and it never, never, never gets boring. This is a book I will want to buy for sure!
I was planning on buying this book anyway since we like to eat breakfast for dinner about once a week. But winning one would be amazing!

When I think Breakfast for Dinner it’s usually pancakes. This would be a nice twist to that way of thinking.
