Since I’ll be shipping out these books myself, I’m pleased to announce that this giveaway is open to everyone, everywhere! :) I always hate that most giveaways exclude my international readers, so I’m opening this one up to everyone without limitations.

  6. My favorite’s a spiral bound cookbook called the fixed income cookbook; my mom gave it to me a long time ago and it is full of basics like biscuits, broths, etc. We use it on a weekly basis, bc it contains our favorite pancake recipe.

  11. I love love love Mark Bittman’s “How to Cook Everything.” It contains literally (almost) everything, with tons of explanation so I learn something every time I use it. It’s the one cookbook I haul out regularly–and I do haul, it’s something like 800 pages long!

  23. My favorite cookbook is “Everyday Italian: 125 Simple and Delicious Recipes” by Giada. Much like others, I have a lot of other favorites, too! It’s really hard to choose, but I make a lot of recipes from that one again and again.

  24. Since I love to bake I always go to the Fanny Farmer Baking Cookbook! For cooking it’s difficult to pick a favorite. I have a lot of different cookbooks so it depends on what I feel like cooking!!

  47. This is a hard question. I love reading cookbooks. I enjoyed your cookie dough cookbook, but do not own it yet. I use Fine Cooking Cookies. It is a cookbook collection of some of their best.

  71. Actually, my most used cookbook is that of my grandma’s. Its basically a bunch of note cards glued into an address book! I do reference Cook’s Illustrated Cookbook often and enjoy their theories.

  74. My favorite cookbooks are ones that I received from my dad after my mom passed away. The one I turn to the most is one that she got from an elementary school that my brothers attended with family recipes. I love getting new cookbooks and making memories for my own family from them!

    my most-used cookbook are in fact two: one is the cookbook which was created by all of our guests who attended our wedding back in September. My MOH asked every guest for their favourite recipe and designed a very unique cookbook out of them.
    The other one is a hand-written cookbook which we inherited from my husbands grandma. It contains a lot of basic recipes but it is a lovely reminder of Grandma Emmi.

  93. My favorite cookbook is the one cookbook that was my mother’s, although I rarely use it. My most used cookbook is my Joy of Cooking, well, actually, my two editions, because the 1975 edition is quite different from the 2006, but each is useful in its own way and I refer to them both quite often.
