  14. My favorite cookbook is my grandma’s 1960s Betty Crocker cookbook that I used to bake and cook with her out of. Still use many of the classic recipes like pie crust and porcupines to this day.

  19. Favorite cookbook is the first Skinnytaste cookbook. I love that the recipes are healthy, whole foods, and easy to make!

  20. My most used cookbook is one that my grandmother gave me called “Fat-Back & Molasses : A Collection of Favourite Old Recipes from Newfoundland & Labrador”. I remember using this cookbook when I was really young and we would often make the desserts in it.

    • My favorite cookbook is probably the one I write my favorites in, that I will pass to my kids. But I also use my Better Homes & Gardens one and the Taste of Home one. But, I LOVE all cookbooks. I love to read them cover to cover, and smell them (if they are old). It’s my other obsession, after my Grandson!!

I got it for Christmas a while back, and it’s covered in flour and cinnamon and sugar and cocoa now because it’s been used so much! It’s been in like five states; I drag it everywhere with me because I just know that I’m going to want to make something from it, so I want to have it on hand! I especially love the cinnamon rolls recipe :)

  50. Ratio by Michael Ruhlman is easily my most-used cookbook. It basically has recipes for everything and leaves so much room for you to experiment! It teaches you so much about the basics of all recipes. By far my favorite cookbook!

  52. I go through phases with my own cookbook collection, so I’m going to go with one of my Mum’s: Mary Berry’s Ultimate Cake Book, because it is the book she taught me how to bake out of and I still reach for it whenever I want to make something sweet in her kitchen!

  73. America’s Test Kitchen Family cookbook is my main go to reference volume that gets the most use, but The Italian Vegetarian by Jack Bishop, is a close second!
