  21. I completely love Tacolicious, a cookbook put out by the SF Bay Area restaurant by the same name. I have made well over 50% of the recipes there — each of them has been unbelievably delicious and successful. LOVE IT WITH MY WHOLE HEART!!!

  48. I don’t know if it’s necessarily my *favorite* cookbook, cause I think I’ve surpassed it a bit, but it’s the one that got me on the track for baking when I was a kid! My mom had a Hershey’s cookbook when I was a kid and I used to come home from high school with my best friend at least once a week and bake from it. (I have no idea why she even had it – she doesn’t even know the difference been a cake and a cupcake!) : P

  50. Followed on fb: Mindy Rothman

  51. I think my favorite cookbook is America’s Test Kitchen cookbook. It has all the seasons from the beginning to 2012, with recipes, equipment and food reviews. It has so much information, I go to it often. Of course they have newer books up through the current year. I have Bread in 5, which I also like for bread baking, made easy, or at least a little easier. By the way, I love raw cookie dough!

  62. My first cookbook and the one I turn to when I have a question such as how long and at what temperature do I cook a 5 pound roast is the Fanny Farmer Cookbook. I bought this when I was in college and learning to cook for myself. I don’t really use it for recipes anymore, too many wonderful made over recipes on the web now, but it’s a classic.

  63. Although I have many many cookbooks, I find myself frequently referring to my good old
Betty Crocker Cookbook (ya know, for the basics).

  64. I am sincerely happy that this books will be distribured worldwide also because I have many many cooking books but none of these. Great Job

  71. My most used cookbook at the moment is Kosher by Design – Short on Time. As I am strictly kosher, most of my cookbooks are kosher. However, the nature of desserts and cakes is that they are either kosher by default (no non kosher ingredients and no mixing of milk and meat products) and therefore very interesting to me.

  73. My instagram name is deborahkrupnik and I follow you.

  80. I love using “Bouchon Bakery” by Thomas Keller! All of the recipes have been foolproof so far and I’m also fully converted into a baker with the gram scale! The pictures also reveal personal moments that I find eye-opening about the bakery. Thank you for this generous opportunity!

  88. My favorite cookbook is actually my Mom’s very old copy of Better Homes and Garden Cookbook. There is something about that white and red check cookbook with pages that are falling out and stained almost beyond a few of them being readable anymore. It would come out at most holidays and we’d flip through it and decide what we’d like to cook or bake. A sweet memory as she let me help her in the kitchen. Would love to win your awesome books!

  89. Already subscribed:)
    Thank you!

  90. I’m ecstatic that you have opened this to everyone! I am an avid reader from Australia!

My all time favourite cookbook would happen to be none other than my mothers. Written in a little A5 notebook, she has written treasured family favourites from over the years. The paper is browning, there is butter splatters on it but that’s what makes me love it even more. I need to write all the recipes up so I can keep them forever, but there is just something about flicking through a homemade cookbook that makes me fall in love with cooking again.

  91. My favorite cookbook is Our Table by Renee Muller.
