Hmmm favorite cookbook is tough. I’ve probably referred to Oh She Glows the most!

Yay! So glad you’re doing an international giveaway, I was so jealous when i saw the Kitchenaid giveaway was USA only – I LOVE Kitchenaid stuff! :)
My all-time favourite cookbook is a strange, scruffy, little red ring-bound book I remember from when I was younger, which I think my mother got from my brother’s school.
It was a compilation of favourite recipes of all the mums and dads, most likely put together for fundraising of some sort, and was full of lovely, local, hand-me-down recipes that were homely and comforting.
I haven’t seen it for a few years – I assume my mother still has it – but it brings back a lot of fond memories. It’s the first cookbook I ever remember browsing, and it helped fuel my love of food and cooking from a very early age!
I like you on fb! – Kayle Crofford
Nigella Lawson’s How to Eat. <3
Since receiving it back in 1986, Fanny Farmers Baking book, I even gave my 11 yo old a copy this year. Best basic recipes!

Heck yes, cookbooks! My most-used cookbook is Mark Bittman’s How To Cook Everything. There really is everything in there, and the directions are so accessible. Cooking out of a dictionary-sized book makes me feel so competent in the kitchen.
I already receive your emails and newsletters – thanks!
Probably the King Arthur Flour Baking Book – but several others, as well. Depends on what I’m looking to bake/make!
I love The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook by America’s Test Kitchen. You know that they have good recipes when my husband asks for me to make a dish again!
My most used cook book actually changes with the seasons, In fall it’s my Ball Canning Guide, in winter it’s usually my classic Betty Crocker book (baking man) and in the spring/summer i’ve been really loving the yellow table cook book.
My favorite cookbook and the one I use the most is from my synagogue’s Sisterhood.

I have so many new and creative cookbooks I frequent now, but I first learned what went into developing trusted a recipe by cooking through America’s Test Kitchen with my mom when I was a teenager. I have so many memories of grocery shopping and flipping through pages with my mom as we worked our way through recipes like, johnny cakes, chewy chocolate chip cookies, and the best seven layer dip we now make for every summer party :)

The cookbook I am using most often right now is Trois Fois Par Jour (premier tome). It’s a (gorgeous) French-Canadian cookbook/magazine series. The author is former French-Canadian pop star Marilou; she became anorexic in her teens and after several years, left show business and ended up rediscovering her health through food. Now she’s hugely popular in Quebec for her healthy, wholesome, and very accessible recipes. I find her very inspiring!
