The birthday week festivities continue… and I figured, it might be my blog’s 10th birthday, but why shouldn’t you get a little something something (or, um, a big something) out of it too? So I’ve arranged a few amazing (like, seriously amazing!) giveaways with some of my favorite brands. I think you’ll be very pleased.
Up first… a year’s supply of White Lily® flour!
We’ve been fortunate enough to work with White Lily for the past 3 years, and I’ve shared some pretty delicious recipes using their products. When it comes to biscuits and pie crusts, White Lily really can’t be beat.
I know many of you have a hard time finding White Lily flour where you are (since it’s a regional brand mostly available in the South). Well, here’s your chance to get your hands on some for yourself! And not just a few bags, an entire year’s supply!
One lucky winner will receive a year’s supply of White Lily flour, including:
- 4 bags Bleached Enriched All Purpose flour
- 4 bags Unbleached Bread flour
- 4 bags Bleached Self-Rising flour
- 2 bags Unbleached Self-Rising flour
- 2 bags Self-Rising Buttermilk cornmeal mix
- 4 bags Premium Wheat flour
- 4 bags Premium Wheat & Almond flour blend
That’s 24 total bags of flour for a total retail value of over $160!
Giveaway is now closed.
Congratulations to Lindsay, comment #391, for winning this giveaway! Thanks all for entering!

Oh ma gosh! This would be wonderful to win. I tend to stay away from purchasing specialty flours since I never know if I will need them past the initial recipe. Having this huge stock would open me up to sooooooooo many new baking and cooking options. For my first recipe…. I would have to try that self-rising buttermilk biscuit mix to make some white cheddar, thyme and black pepper biscuits.
I’m on a brownie kick lately, so I’d have to say a pan of brownies!
Awesome! First recipe I would be baking if I won this prize is baguettes!

Best baking tool in my pantry!
I am thinking a smart lemon meringue tart, using the almond blend flour for the crispy crust, some meyer lemons, and a fluffy topping, nicely browned in the oven. The almond blend flour would give the crust a nice nutty flavor and would go well with the lemon filling.

I have an old sour dough starter I would start up again! Then fix an old coffee cake recipe I have not had in ages using my new sour dough as the base!!!

I would bake a carrot cake. It’s my favorite cake of all time and I’ve never baked one. Crazy, I know.
I would first use the whole wheat and almond flour to make my extra fluffy scones….maybe with a little almond liquer and toasted almonds included.
