  1. I think the most unusual jam I’ve ever made is tomato peach jam. People don’t think of tomatoes when they think of jam despite the fact  it is actually a fruit.   I alto make crabapple jelly WHEN I can find them but they’re very hard to find. I had a great aunt who was especially fond of it. I haven’t really made it since she passed away at the age of 95 about 1998.

  2. I just made tayberry jelly and it might be my new fave.

  3. These jams sound amazing. Peach is my favorite.

  4. My favorite ever jam is fruit cocktail. I used equal amounts fresh cherries, green grapes, peaches, pears, and canned pineapple (I have a allergy to fresh). My most unusual was a blueberry and green tomato that turned out amazing. I always canned and pickled with my kids when they were growing up and my son created a peach and apricot jam that everyone loved!

  5. I love apricot , plum and peach. All by itself… I want to taste the fruit!

  6. I made kumquat marmalade once and it was awesome! Still my favorite, but you need a lot of kumquats to make it happen.

  7. I’m currently working on a roasted peach chipotle butter that promises to be wonderful.

  8. I just bought the bundle! I have to say that I’m not too adventurous when it comes to jams which is exactly why I need your ebook! I’ve only had the typical flavors: grape, Apple, peach…

  9. I have only made strawberry and orange marmalade but would love to make and try something else

  10. Peach  lime Jam and also a lemon marmalade

  11. Just tries making Vanilla Rhubarb jam with Pomona’s of course, to die for.

  12. How exciting! I have always been sort of a traditionalist with pectin free strawberry being my go to favorite but I am super excited to see what’s in your new e book!
