  1. I helped my mom make peach / raspberry jam and she added some sweet lucy bourbon to the recipe, it was the best jam ever!

  2. the link to my post on pinterest https://www.pinterest.com/pin/35606653283288905/

  3. I made a spiced plum jam last year that was SO yummy!  I am running behind this year & haven’t made a darned thing, yet, but my canner pot died & I haven’t bought replacement.

  4. My most requested is Orange Spiced Fig Jam. I may have to rename it to OMG which is what most people say when they taste it. Figs are just now out here in the central valley of California (they are early) and I am out to get me some for jam even though we are heading into triple digit temps again!

  5. Okay, hopefully this ebook will help me get over my fear of canning! I’m pretty boring and like strawberry jam best. But maybe because I’ve never experimented with cool flavor combinations??? Congrats on the book!!!!

  6. I really, really like the pepper jelly jams. With cream cheese on crackers.

  7. My favorite jam flavor is blueberry, hands down, based on my family’s, friends reaction and my own personal taste. I’ve made strawberry, spice, blueberry, strawberry-rhubarb and peach. I hope to learn a lot more from this book.

  8. I’ve only recently started to make jams and such, but I’ve loved the jam recipes of your I’ve tried, and I’m excited to see more in these books!

The jam that most surprised me was kiwi lime jam. I don’t really like kiwis, but I loved that jam!

  9. I tried Blueberry Jalapeno Jam — it was actually pretty good, but weird!

  13. I’ve only made a couple of jams or jellies but the weirdest one I’ve done was an Earl Grey jelly. I love it as a tea. As a jelly…less so.

  14. I haven’t canned in at least 10 years or so, and I’m looking forward to getting back into it. I think the most original recipes I’ve made were a strawberry-kiwi jam and a citrus marmalade. Can’t wait to try the recipes in the bundle!

  15. So excited for you and can’t wait to purchase my copy! I think the most unique jam I’ve ever tried is ONE OF YOURS! :) I feel lucky.

  18. I love strawberry, but am trying to diversify foods I eat, because my allergies limit me, and eating the same thing over and over is boring after a while.I shared on Pinterest, Twitter and Facebook.

  19. I’m a good crafter jam maker and love mixing herbs with fruit, my biggest seller is Blueberry Basil and I just made a ton on blood orange marmalade this season. I’d love to win!!

  20. My favorite jams are Meyer lemon & grapefruit.  I’ve made Buddha hand jam, which is very expensive, but not as flavorful as I would have liked.

  21. Shared at link!

  22. I love your blueberry basil preserves recipe so much! I’m getting the whole book, though I’ll have to print anyway it as reading longform online is challenging for my eyes. Let us know if you ever self publish on Amazon or such!

  28. i have made persimmon jam. its was amazing.

  29. This is amazing! Your canning recipes are always so inspiring and, not going to lie, your fun labels are pretty much my favorite part. I made a strawberry balsamic jam last year that is really good.

  30. This is so exciting, Lindsay! I can’t wait to get my hands on that ebook! I have two favorites: tomato basil jam and blueberry jam with mint.

  31. The most unique jam I’ve made was during a spate of strawberries last summer: strawberry thyme pink peppercorn. A delightfully unique balance of flavors, since we tend toward less-sweet preserves in our house. Brava on your beautiful book — the peach lavender caught my eye, and I imagine it’d be great with apricots, too! Cheers.

  32. I made peach-vanilla and blackberry-balsamic jam with a friend years ago – both were so so good! Congratulations on your e-book, it looks amazing!

  33. I made kumquat, ginger, and almond. It was terrific as jam, compote, cheese pairing (especially strong blues and stinky) and poulty glaze. Next batch with lemon zest with a very different flavor profile.

  34. I love blueberry jam, just bought your Jam Book. Looking forward to Tequila Watermelon!

  35. lavender peach :) your book is GORGEOUS!!!!!
