The Best of 2014

In what’s become an annual tradition, I narrow down a year’s worth of recipes into a few favorites. This is by no means a complete list (technically, every recipe I post is a favorite in one way or another), but I did my best to pick and choose my absolute favorites, the recipes I remember long after they are done and gone. I tell you, this gets harder and harder every year.

What can I say about 2014? I’m sad to see it go. We saw so many wonderful places and ate so many amazing things this year… it’s hard to narrow it all down into a few sentences. That said, as nice as it is reminiscing about the year that was, I find myself even more excited for the year to come.

2015… I have a feeling you’re going to be a good one!

So, without further adieu, I bring you the best recipes of 2014 (be sure to click through to see all of them, including your favorites, my favorites, and some pretty tasty eye candy!)

  4. I’ve loved all of your recipes this year! One of my favorites are the spicy meatball sub sandwiches! I had meatballs for days and it was all sorts of amazing :)

  5. I am always curious and half surprised at readers’ favorites. So it makes it fun to read them. I am MOST excited for the new year. No particular reason except last year was great and this year I know will be even better because it’s building on a solid foundation.

  6. Love the different roundups!  It’s too cold for salted caramel milk shakes right now, but you better believe I’ll be making some in 2015, sounds delicious!  :)

  7. Marzipan milkshakes?  Oh my goodness how am I just reading about this!

  8. You all make such wonderful things but the one I cannot get over is the avocado goat cheese toasts. Dreamy!!

  9. I’ve loved every one of these. My personal favorite is a tie between  the avocado goat cheese toasts and the pastrami on rye but the cookie dough oreos are pretty close in the running. Pinned a bunch of these. Happy 2015 and I look forward to seeing all of your next recipes!
