  4. i’ll be making real gingerbread, the cake type with molasses and lots of fresh ginger. as well as almond-clementine cake, all with almond flour so it’s gluten free!

  10. I am starting to begin some holiday cookie traditions with my husband and I, who have been married for 2 years. Chocolate peppermint crackles, caramel shorbread cookies, and some sort of eggnog cookie. :)

  19. I am baking peppermint dark chocolate cookies, gingerbread cookies, caramel mix, chocolate chip cookies, and many others!

  20. I’m making cinnamon rolls, and roasting a turkey. We are going home for a wedding so will not be able to go back for Christmas. A chopped salad of cauliflower and broccoli, and sherbet for dessert.

  39. Hooray! I’m going to make peppermint bark this year for gifts (as always) and also try my hand at a corn syrup-free peanut brittle! We’re hosting Christmas Day, as well, so I’m thinking of making a few quiches and salads for a mid-day meal.

  83. My holiday baking agenda: a croquembouche! The cream puffs never seem to survive past the filling stage, so I’ve never been able to stack them prettily.
