I made Pho Boa (beef pho) for the first time last weekend and it was delicious! Next to try is the chicken version. This post looks delicious!

My husband loves pho too! I am not too into the mysterious types of meat that come in the authentic vietnamese ones, but making it at home is a great way to keep us both happy. And quick, too? LOVE IT!
