these are AMAZING with Blood Orange Olive Oil that you can get from specialty Olive Oil shops! I made them both ways and the extra kick put them over the top- though I’d eat them both ways. :) In the NorthWest I recommend Coeur d’Alene Olive Oil Company.

I loved the cupcakes, so fun to make. I am having trouble with your icing though. It seems to be slightly watery no matter how much confectioners sugar i put in. Does anyone else have this issue?
