We, however, find more a whole turkey a waste in many regards. We go for a turkey breast. It works out great. No leftovers (like dark meat that most don't favour anyway) and no over eating. Also in having a turkey breast we can enjoy the flavours of the holidays through out the year and experiment with different methods of preparations. Glad your meal was a pleasure.
