A simple hot dog in a bun may be mediocre but it can still be yummy. I doubt anything you cook will be that simple or mediocre at all. I'm looking forward to all the recipes you post!

I've been a follower of yours for awhile now and am always so impressed with your recipes. Thank you for bringing to our attention that not every recipe turns out just as we think it will, but that the blog is a great place to document what could be better. I use my blog as a way to keep track of recipes now too, rather than entering them all into a Word document on my hard drive as I used to. Thank you for reminding me that I should be documenting everything we try, and not just the meals that come out perfectly. It keeps it real, which is refreshing.

Lovely recipe, I love caramelized onions!

yummers. i love caramelized onions.

for me, my blog forces me to make recipes once in a while. i don't really think that way, so when i'm asked to make a recipe for something it's always extremely approximate.

i love your blog, and i don't think any of your food is mediocre. at least it all looks great. keep it up!
