		<description>Made this for dinner this week and it was fabulous!  I make my own sweet ginger baked tofu and if I do say so myself it was really really good with this dish.  I doubled the sauce and noodles and had yummy leftovers for lunch too.  Thanks for the idea- I usually try to do a peanut sauce but it&#039;s too heavy with rice noodles and they get all gloppy.</description>

		<description>So you make this with baked tofu? I&#039;ve started seeing that around sometimes, and it appeals to me more than regular raw tofu that you have to fix up. I tend to use my oven too much in the summer, then I get crabby when my kitchen gets too hot :)  I&#039;ll have to remember this oven-free recipe!</description>
