I've been really into making breads lately. I started on a whim to make challah, which I now love, and make every couple of months. This one sounds really interesting, but I don't have a mixer at the moment, so I might wait on trying it.

Why don't you give the breakdown of the nutrition facts such as calorie count, carb count, etc.

It would help.

Check out Bobby Flay's Meyer Lemon & Blackberry Bread Pudding recipe on hgtv.com - it is with the Dream Home info. I haven't tried it yet as it calls for brioche and I can't find a local store that carries it. May have to try your recipe and make my own bread.

It's so funny watching people's reactions when they find how exactly what goes into making brioche bread. When I was in Paris, I gorged on a loaf of brioche bread a day. When I came back to the states and wanted to make the bread, I realized why I had gained a good 5 pounds in about 2 weeks...
